I believe that all students have the potential to learn; I try to explain the subjects to the students that until he or she has a strong understanding of the subject.

I know that students have their own special ways of grasping knowledge, and I try to be flexible in teaching so that students can learn.

I know that students have a right to my knowledge as a lecturer. I am open to my student`s questions to help further his or her better understanding of the subjects.
