Dr. Uma Shankar Singh is holding the award of Ph.D. in Management. Being an alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur having a strong crtical reasoning ability. He holds the triple dgrees of post graduate study. Recent years his activity with research has reached some milestones. He has 32 scholar articles and 2 books published in his account. Four of his papers are with SCOPUS indexed journals. He has participated in many conferences and has got invited as Keynote speaker too.

My Teaching philosophy is :

Learn continuously to contribute my best efforts for the organizational growth and work in a challenging environment that provides scope to enhance skills and knowledge.I always have the equal opportunity for the student to contribute in discussion and apply the hypothetical cases for discussion and like to share the practical experience of situation. I believe in learning teaching and keep myself engaged in academic research. I have published 25 articles out of which 4 are in SCOPUS indexed journals and 2 books available online. I am self-motivated and take the initiative for administrative and social activities in the organization. I take the challenges and keep myself aligned with organizational objectives.
