Dr. Basil Q. MUHAMMAD

- Lecturer -

Native in both English and Arabic, Dr Basil has always been in love with literature in both languages. He as been a poet writing in English for over three decades. And for the same period, he has been academically specialised in English Poetry.

However, alongside the academic and the creative literary fields of interest, Dr Basil has found his heart in researching and producing in the field of Qur'an Translation. He has been working for over eleven years on developing a new methodology for the rendering of the Qur'an in English, and on actually producing his own extensive translation of the Sublime Qur'an.
